Shipping & delivery

Updated 29 October 2026. We ship to the destinations available in the country selector at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us before ordering. Orders ship through international fulfillment facilities; products are not promised to ship from Israel or from the customer's country.

Cost and currency

The shipping charge and order total are displayed before payment. At publication, standard shipping for the active destinations is NIS 27.39 per order. The checkout quote is the applicable charge for your order. Prices and checkout are in Israeli shekels (ILS / NIS); your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or fees.

Processing and estimated delivery

Allow 1–3 business days for order processing after payment confirmation, followed by an estimated 4–12 business days for delivery after dispatch. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays; peak periods, carrier disruptions or customs checks can extend delivery. We will inform you if we become aware of a material delay. If you need an item for a particular date, contact us before ordering. We currently offer standard shipping only, with no express-delivery promise.

Tracking and recipient details

Tracking details are sent when available after dispatch. Tracking scans may take 24–48 hours to appear. Please provide a complete address, postcode and reachable phone number; a shipping phone number is required at checkout. Contact us immediately about an address correction, as changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch. Depending on the carrier, delivery may be to the address, mailbox or a local collection point.

Customs, delays and delivery problems

Our fulfillment service uses delivered-duty-paid shipping for supported destinations, including import duties and customs clearance. Any sales tax collected by the store is shown at checkout. If a carrier requests an unexpected import payment, contact us before paying it so we can investigate. For delayed, damaged or missing parcels, email your order number and tracking details to nimzovich2411@gmail.com or use our contact form. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Your statutory rights are not removed by delivery estimates, a carrier scan or a supplier's terms.
