Returns, cancellations & refunds

Updated 29 October 2026. This policy applies to new orders placed after publication. Earlier orders retain the terms offered when purchased. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail. We do not offer an additional voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return period.

Request a cancellation or return

Email nimzovich2411@gmail.com or use our contact / cancellation form, stating your name, order number and decision to cancel. No reason is required for a statutory cooling-off cancellation. A timely cancellation notice does not depend on our approval. Contact us for the correct return instructions; do not send a parcel to the dispatch address without instructions. These contact options do not exclude any other method allowed by law.

Orders governed by Israeli consumer law

For online purchases of goods, you may cancel from the order date until 14 days after receiving the goods or the legally required disclosure document, whichever is later. Eligible consumers aged 65 or over, new immigrants and people with disabilities may have a four-month cancellation period when the transaction included a conversation with us, including electronic communication, subject to the legal conditions.

For a change-of-mind cancellation, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, may be deducted only where the law permits. Return transport is at your expense in those cases. No cancellation fee applies for a defect, non-conformity, late delivery or another breach by us; where required, the goods will be collected from the delivery location at our expense. Refunds and cancellation of the charge are handled within 14 days of the cancellation notice as required by law. Use of the goods does not automatically remove a statutory cancellation right; any claim for a substantial reduction in value is subject to law.

EU and UK consumers

Where EU or UK distance-selling rules apply, notify us within 14 days after delivery to withdraw, then send the goods back within 14 days of your notice. You pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. We refund the amount legally due, including standard outbound delivery for a full-order withdrawal, to the original payment method. The refund is made within the statutory deadline, generally 14 days after notice; where permitted, it may be withheld until we receive the goods or evidence of return. No cancellation or restocking fee applies. A deduction for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item is made only where lawful.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items and other markets

Contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, clear photos. Your legal rights to a refund, repair or replacement are not limited to ten days and are not restricted by our supplier's policy. In other markets we provide the cancellation, return and warranty rights required by applicable law, without an extra voluntary change-of-mind return promise. Statutory rights also apply to sale items. We do not impose a blanket non-returnable rule on ordinary jewelry or earrings.
